About The Role

We are looking for a talented Junior Digital Designer to join the category creative team of a major global client - supporting projects from brief through to localised, market-ready assets across EU10+ locales. This is a hands-on production design role for someone who takes real ownership of the quality of their work - someone fluent in Figma, with strong fundamentals and a real hunger to learn. You’ll play a key part in delivering category creative across homepage, storefront, outbound and social placements - working at pace and at volume without compromising on craft, consistency or brand quality.

The role is fully embedded in the client’s design team and will be hybrid (2-3 days in the office) with regular client-site work. You must thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments where high standards and creative ambition align.

Responsibilities

  • Support category projects through their lifecycle - setting up working files, preparing assets, rolling out localisation across markets, and exporting and delivering final assets to the required standard.
  • Design and adapt assets for sales and deals, seasonal events and collections - working from master templates through to in-situ mockups, duplicating and updating templates for refreshes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Work hands-on in Figma to build production-ready assets, components, and prototypes - including master templates, shared libraries and organised project files.
  • Keep production and delivery tools up to date - uploading final assets, adding file links and providing process updates in the project management tool.
  • Prepare product imagery for design - searching, downloading and prepping product shots, including background removal.
  • Import approved copy into assets and set up in-situ mockups.
  • Roll out translated assets across EU5 / EU9 / EU10 markets (dependent on brief), export to the required specifications and complete final checks - asset counts, cover details and error-free delivery.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs across all deliverables, maintaining quality and attention to detail at all times.
  • Integrate AI tools (including GenAI image-generation and AI photoshoot workflows) as an active and considered part of your daily creative workflow, looking for opportunities to use templates and automation to deliver faster and more consistently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
