Junior Designer (Maternity Cover - 12 months)
We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team on a maternity cover basis (12 months). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to a broad range of creative projects including digital and social content, marketing/VM materials, and brand and campaign development.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our e-commerce, CRM, social, marketing/PR, and retailer teams to help shape visuals across all Lisa Eldridge platforms. You will be designing engaging digital and print assets, including website and email campaigns, retail and visual merchandising materials, ensuring alignment with Lisa Eldridge's brand guidelines. You'll gain invaluable, hands-on design experience within the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM design, creating weekly newsletter campaigns and assets.
- Support and develop assets for product launches and seasonal campaigns across e-commerce and social platforms.
- Develop print and digital assets for retail and visual merchandising, including POS, displays, and supporting materials.
- Adapt campaign and creative materials into different formats and specifications across multiple channels.
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to respond to briefs and meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple design tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond efficiently and positively to feedback and art direction to ensure the highest quality of work.

Skills & Qualifications
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills (beauty or fashion projects preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with product, copy, and campaign information.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their requirements.
- Confident and organised communicator, comfortable working across multiple projects within different teams.
- Must be agile and comfortable with moving briefs and deadlines.
- Passion for beauty, makeup, and visual storytelling.
Important to have
- Good understanding of video editing.
- Experience designing CRM/email campaigns.
- Understanding of print artwork requirements, including layout, sizing, and file preparation.
FTC 12 months, 4 times per week in office/1 day wfh.
