A Bit About Forest
We’re Forest, London’s homegrown shared ebike. What started as an idea in a London pub garden in 2019, is now the largest shared ebike operator in the capital, by operating area.
Our mission is to move people around cities without costing the earth (in more ways than one). We’re the most affordable shared ebike with up to 30 minute rides for £1, and the most sustainable too by powering our bikes and service vehicles with 100% zero carbon energy.
A Bit About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Creative & Brand, you’ll be working across a broad spectrum of design: including presentation & document design, creating design assets for CRM, artworking files for print, assisting brand campaign design, and lots more.
This role is perfect for an early career designer or recent graphic design graduate who wants to find their footing in a fast paced in-house environment. And what better place than a cutting edge startup, with sustainability at its core?
Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintain our brand guidelines to create professional and consistent graphics
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Create consistent and high-spec presentation & document designs (Figma, Google Slides)
- Create high-end mockups of advertising on our app & our bike (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
- Multitask and deliver multiple projects at a time, making sure no deadlines are missed, and the quality of the final product isn't compromised
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns and projects

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
