As our next Junior Designer

You will join a team that leads with kindness, dreams big and takes action together. You will be helping to scale a creative, purpose-led brand while shaping the impact we make in the world.

👩 Reporting to: Senior Creative
📍 Location: London
🏙 Hybrid: 2 days per week in Potters Bar
📝 Employment type: Full Time

Why this role matters ✨

We're looking for a Junior Designer with 1–2 years' experience to join our small, close-knit creative team and get properly stuck in. We're also looking to bring a new skillset into the business.

Alongside strong design fundamentals, we're looking for someone who is curious about automation and smarter ways of working. You might have experimented with AI-assisted design tools, found ways to automate repetitive tasks, improved a creative workflow or simply have a natural instinct for making things work better.

You don't need to be an expert. What matters is that you're curious, proactive and excited to experiment — and can bring ideas that help the team design and work smarter.

What you will be doing 🚀

  • Create and adapt high-quality, on-brand creative across brand, print, digital, e-commerce, email and social.
  • Support campaign development across design, product and content collaborating with wider teams.
  • Prepare artwork for digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Work within and help evolve the Elizabeth Scarlett visual identity.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
