About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team.
You're a self-confessed design fanatic with an eye for detail and a passion for making things look great. You'll be enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn from experienced creatives while working across a diverse range of high-profile client accounts.
With around 1–3 years' experience, you'll support senior designers across a variety of creative briefs—from key visuals and presentations to 2D and 3D POS, digital assets and campaign mock-ups.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting senior designers across multiple client projects
  • Creating layouts, presentations and campaign assets
  • Designing and amending 2D and 3D POS materials
  • Developing digital creative and mock-ups
  • Collaborating with designers, art directors and copywriters
  • Bringing your own creative ideas to projects
  • Working across retail, promotional, digital and experiential campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years' design experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong visual design skills
  • A passion for branding and creative ideas
  • Someone who enjoys collaboration and learning from others
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
