  • Design and adapt campaign materials across different formats
  • Work on print, digital, signage and in-venue collateral

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The kind of person you are

You’re early in your career but already know that design is about more than making something look nice.

  • You’re curious about why something works, not just how to make it.
  • You notice good design in the world around you, a restaurant menu, a campaign, a piece of packaging, a shopfront, a typeface and want to understand how it was made.
  • You’re happy getting stuck into the detail, but you're also keen to develop your ideas and creative confidence.
  • You take feedback positively and see it as part of making the work better.
  • You’re organised, proactive and reliable, but you also bring energy, enthusiasm and personality to the team.

Above all, you're excited to learn, make things and get better.

How To Apply

Please send us your CV and portfolio, along with a short note telling us a little about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit for the role.

We care about potential as much as experience, so if you’re early in your career and don’t tick every box, we’d still love to see your work.
