PizzaExpress Designer Role
At PizzaExpress, creativity plays a huge part in how our brand shows up across every customer touchpoint. From campaign launches and social content to restaurant experiences and in-store communications, we're looking for a talented Designer to help bring our brand to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious creative with some experience to join our Creative Studio and work on a wide variety of projects across digital, social, print and photography. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, commercial and creative teams, turning ideas into memorable, engaging and commercially effective creative.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Creative Studio team in developing and evolving the visual direction of the PizzaExpress brand.
- Designing standout creative across digital, social, CRM, paid media, website and print channels.
- Bringing campaign concepts to life, from initial ideas through to final artwork.
- Creating and adapting assets across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Designing and artworking key in-restaurant POS materials, including A-frames, table collateral and window decals.
- Supporting day-to-day creative requirements across the wider business.
- Getting involved in photoshoots, helping with planning, assisting on set and creating final campaign assets from imagery.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and responding positively to feedback and amends.
- Keeping up to date with design trends and bringing fresh creative thinking to every brief.

What We're Looking For
- An exceptional graduate or designer with around 1-2 years' experience in a creative role.
- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, typography and attention to detail.
- Experience designing for digital and print environments.
- An understanding of how to deliver work that is both creatively engaging and commercially effective.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
- A genuine passion for design, branding and visual storytelling.
