Salary: Pro Rata: c. £30,000 DOE
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

About Us

Sid Lee Sport is a new kind of agency for the world of sport, proving that world-class creative and sponsorship expertise can coexist. We’re growing fast and delivering impactful brand and creative strategies for sponsors and rights holders.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their design career who is keen to learn, build their experience, and work on a variety of creative projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As it says in our name, at Sid Lee Sport we specialise in sport and sports sponsorship. As such, this role would be ideally suited for a candidate with a keen interest in sport - whether as a fan or participant.

The Role

As a Junior Designer, you’ll support the creative team in producing engaging design work across digital and print touchpoints. You’ll work closely with designers, creatives, social and account teams to help bring ideas to life through striking design and on-brand visuals that support client objectives and campaign delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
