£25,000 To £27,000 Per Annum Dependant On Experience

Role: We are looking for one person to join our Membership and Development team as a Junior Development Co-ordinator. You will coordinate and support the development and delivery of activities and initiatives aligned with the England Golf Junior Journey.

Requirements: You Must Be Able To Demonstrate:

  • Ability to solve problems within area of work/knowledge.
  • An understanding of the sporting landscape within England.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
  • Capable of gathering and analysis of information.
  • Preparation of clear & thorough reports.
  • Outstanding communication skills including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to tight timescales.
  • Excellent use of IT tools including spreadsheets, word processing, survey tools, email and social media.

The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is home based with a requirement to attend the England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU, as required.
