Role Description
The Junior Development Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, the trainee supports field marketing and customer acquisition activities, including engaging with customers face-to-face, presenting brand offerings, and helping convert interest into actions such as sign-ups or purchases.

The trainee participates in structured sales campaigns, assists with territory coverage, and gathers customer feedback to improve campaign effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include learning core sales and communication techniques, shadowing experienced team members, attending training sessions, and following company standards for integrity and compliance.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers in person.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
- Basic understanding of or interest in field marketing, brand representation, and performance-led campaigns.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working on-site across various locations within the London Area, including occasional travel for campaign needs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, following structured training and guidance.
- Completion of secondary education; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or service roles is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
