Tanners Wines: Junior Digital Content & Social Media Administrator

Tanners Wines are looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Junior Digital Content & Social Media Administrator to support our social media and website content activity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, has a good eye for photography and design, and is confident using Adobe Photoshop and / or Canva. You will help manage day-to-day social media activity, create visual content, and support the wider digital team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design social media graphics, templates, and promotional materials using Canva and / or Adobe Photoshop.
• Take and edit high-quality photographs for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Create, edit, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram and Facebook alongside our Digital Marketing Lead.
• Support photoshoots, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement and respond appropriately.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles.
• Assist with product data and digital campaigns on website.
• Monitor basic social media analytics and report on content performance.
• Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Coordinating with external photographers, as well as managing digital assets (resizing, labelling, storing).
