Gardyn Digital | Full-Time Hybrid | Permanent | 37.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: £21,250 – £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience and skill level.
Gardyn Digital is looking for a creative all-rounder to join our growing digital marketing agency. This is a long-term, career-focused opportunity for someone at the beginning of their creative marketing career who wants to develop a broad skillset and grow alongside the business.
You'll work closely with a marketer with 10+ years of industry experience, gaining hands-on exposure to life inside a creative agency while working across an array of exciting clients, industries and projects.
The Role
No two days will necessarily look the same. You'll gain experience across multiple areas of creative and digital marketing, including:
- Graphic design for social media, advertising, print and digital campaigns
- Video editing and short-form content
- Motion graphics and creative campaign assets
- Website design, content updates and light web development
- Supporting Meta advertising campaigns and producing ad creative
- Email marketing and campaign creation
- Creating content for a variety of client brands
- Supporting wider digital marketing campaigns and agency projects
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything. A strong creative foundation, willingness to learn and genuine interest in digital marketing are far more important.
You'll be given clear tasks, priorities and deadlines, so you'll need to be organised and comfortable working independently. At the same time, we want someone who brings ideas to the table – creative input, experimentation and your own perspective are actively encouraged.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Adobe Lightroom – photography and image processing

Experience across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator, would be advantageous. However, we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong creative ability using comparable software and are willing to learn.
