About the Role
We're looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our team and help bring the Bamford Collection brands to life across a range of digital and print touchpoints.
You'll play a key role in creating engaging digital content, including marketing emails, website assets, social media visuals and editorial content, while supporting the production and delivery of digital photography. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to printed materials for in-store campaigns, events and brand activations.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, organised and adaptable, with a strong understanding of digital design principles and an interest in emerging creative technologies and tools. You'll be confident managing multiple projects, interpreting briefs, and delivering high-quality work to deadline.

Responsibilities
- Creating engaging digital experiences by designing website layouts, landing pages and user journeys in Figma for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Building and maintaining content across our e-commerce websites, ensuring every page is visually compelling, on-brand and optimised for the customer experience.
- Supporting the planning, production and delivery of digital photography, from briefing creative shoots through to image selection and retouching in Adobe Photoshop.
- Creating and refining AI-generated imagery, video and motion assets to enrich our content library and support marketing campaigns.
- Contributing to the design and delivery of creative assets for events, product launches and special projects across both digital and print formats.
- Embracing innovation by exploring emerging creative technologies and AI-powered tools, using them thoughtfully to enhance creativity and efficiency while maintaining brand integrity.
Skills & Expertise
- Ideally around 1 year's experience in a design role, internship or placement, or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent practical experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout and visual design skills across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- An interest in luxury, lifestyle or e-commerce brands.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, with the ability to make simple edits to landing pages, emails or interactive digital content.
- An aptitude for troubleshooting digital design and rendering issues to find practical solutions.
- Experience editing video and motion content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- An interest in AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies, including image, video and content-generation platform
