About The Role
ZeroLight is looking for a Junior Digital Designer, an enthusiastic, forward-thinking creative ready to jump into design, social media, and cutting-edge visual tech.
We’re seeking someone with a strong eye for detail and a desire to bring fresh ideas to the table every day. Working across exciting sectors like automotive and architecture you’ll support our design team by crafting short form videos, designing pitch decks, assisting with UI/UX, and visuals using generative AI tools or similar.
What You’ll Do
- Ideate, shoot, and edit short form video content for web, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram to showcase ZeroLight’s technology and fuel our social channels.
- Help design presentation decks, webpages, marketing materials, and digital assets for internal stakeholders and high-profile clients.
- Collaborate with the design team on interactive client experiences and digital product configurators.
- Leveraging generative AI tools and motion graphics to produce key visuals, promotional teasers, and AI-driven video content.
- Actively contribute ideas for social campaigns, design trends, and creative visual approaches.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
