About The Company
We are working with a fast-growing, digitally savvy business with a strong focus on creative, digital and brand development.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join the Marketing team and support the Lead Digital Designer across a range of exciting digital projects.
The Role
As a Junior Digital Designer, you will create high-quality, on-brand visuals across social, email, website and video.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is passionate about creativity, digitally savvy and keen to develop their skills across content, ecommerce and digital design within a fast-paced, growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, social-first creative across multiple platforms
- Support email designs and wider marketing campaign assets
- Design and optimise website assets, including homepage, landing pages and product content
- Support video editing and motion graphics for digital content
- Contribute to AI-enhanced and 3D design projects
- Ensure all creative remains consistent with brand guidelines
- Bring fresh ideas to fast-moving seasonal campaigns from concept through to execution
- Collaborate with designers, marketers and content creators across the business
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a digital design role
- Strong portfolio covering social, email and website/ecommerce design
- Passionate about creativity, branding and creating engaging digital content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools
- Understanding of web design, UX and ecommerce principles
- Experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is beneficial
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney or Runway
- Understanding of social formats, platform specifications and current design trends
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and respond positively to feedback
