Role Description
The Junior Digital Designer will support the creation of digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, ensuring consistency with The Diamond Store’s brand and visual identity.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Designing graphics and layouts for product promotions, banners, and landing pages.
- Assisting with web design updates.
- Preparing assets optimized for various devices and channels.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to interpret briefs, translate them into clear visual concepts, and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of onsite collaboration and some work from home.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Designs and Web Design for e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and responsive layouts.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, including image editing, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with Branding, ensuring consistent use of visual identity, typography, and color across digital channels.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and prepare assets for web.
- Good understanding of digital best practices, including basic UX principles, mobile-first design, and file optimization.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and a willingness to learn.
- Relevant education or training in design, digital media, or a related field; experience in retail or luxury brands is an advantage.
