Posh Pawn is the UK’s leading luxury pawnbroking specialist and the home of pre-loved luxury. Recognised from the Channel 4 series Posh Pawn. With showrooms in London, Surrey, and Manchester, and an expanding e-commerce presence, we specialise in buying, selling and loaning against high-end watches, jewellery, handbags, and fine art.

Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the Digital Marketing Manager across the day-to-day running of our marketing activity, including:
- Creating, filming and scheduling social media content.
- Photography and video content for our stores, products and campaigns.
- Supporting email marketing campaigns.
- Creating and updating website content across Posh Pawn and Shop Prestige.
- Helping coordinate influencer and content creator activity.
- Creating basic graphics and marketing materials.
- Supporting wider campaigns and ad hoc marketing projects.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with:
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and content creation.
- Good photography and/or videography skills.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence learning and using different digital platforms.
Experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, video editing software and social media management platforms would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.

Career Progression
There is clear opportunity to progress within the marketing team as your skills, experience and responsibilities develop, with potential progression from Junior Digital Marketing Executive to Digital Marketing Executive and Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
Progression will be based on performance and development within the role.

Salary
£28,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience
