About the Role

We're a growing AI SaaS business redefining the way people use and interact with AI and technology. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll be the engine behind our day-to-day digital marketing activity — building and launching campaigns, keeping our data clean and accurate, and making sure every channel is tracked and reporting correctly.

You'll work directly alongside our Senior Digital Marketing Executive and the sales team, taking strategy and turning it into live, optimised campaigns. This suits someone early in their career who is eager to get their hands dirty across paid media, analytics, and marketing automation — and who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a campaign go live and perform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Google Ads — building ad sets, creating and uploading content, setting budgets, and monitoring daily performance.
  • Monitor and report on analytics. Pull weekly and monthly performance stats reports from GA4 and HubSpot and Meta, flag anomalies, and keep dashboards up to date so the team always has a clear picture.
  • Maintain tracking and tagging. Support Google Tag Manager (GTM) audits, QA tracking setups, and flag any attribution gaps to ensure data accuracy.
  • Operate the HubSpot marketing stack day-to-day. Update landing pages, enrol contacts into workflows and manage lead scoring lists.
  • Support demand and lead generation. Monitor the MQL pipeline, track cost-per-lead, cost-per-click and ensure sales receives a clean, well-qualified lead flow.
  • Use AI tools daily to speed up content QA, campaign analysis, and reporting tasks.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email sequences. Document results and feed learnings back into the next iteration.
  • Ensure content and copy align with live campaigns and search/GEO goals, working with the Senior Executive to keep messaging consistent across channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
