Company Description
Fantastic Media is an integrated marketing agency based in Leeds, working with ambitious brands across the UK. We specialise in delivering integrated marketing strategies that combine creative, digital, and strategic thinking to drive real business growth.
Our digital team plays a pivotal role in this, delivering performance-driven campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, with a strong focus on B2B sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, and professional services, as well as e-commerce and sport.
We pride ourselves on being commercially focused. Everything we do is tied back to results, whether that's generating leads, increasing revenue, or building long-term brand value.
As a team, we're collaborative, hands-on, and always looking to improve. You'll be surrounded by experienced marketers who'll bring you on, share what they know, and give you real exposure to client challenges from the start.
Role Description
We're looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team at Fantastic Media.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate looking to launch a career in digital marketing, with a particular focus on paid media and performance. Agency experience is not essential, just a genuine interest in digital marketing and a real appetite to learn.
From day one, you'll be supported by senior members of the team, learning the fundamentals of how paid media works across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. As you find your feet, you'll begin contributing to live client accounts and start to see how digital activity directly impacts business growth and revenue.
You'll also work closely with our Client Services team to gain a broader understanding of marketing strategy, learning how paid media integrates with channels such as SEO, PR, content, social media, and web development to deliver successful campaigns for our clients. This exposure will give you a well-rounded understanding of the role digital marketing plays within a full-service agency.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a learning role, so you'll be supported closely as you develop. Over time, you'll get involved in:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
