Digital Marketing Executive

Our client is looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of engaging, performance-driven digital campaigns across all online channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, pop culture, e-commerce, and building brand engagement through digital storytelling.

You will play a key role in executing digital marketing activity, optimising campaign performance, and helping to drive traffic, engagement, and online sales across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, affiliate, and content channels.
  • Create, schedule, and optimise engaging content across digital platforms in line with the brand tone of voice.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support paid media activity, including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with design, ecommerce, and creative teams to ensure aligned and consistent brand messaging.
  • Help maintain and improve website content, landing pages, and product campaign activity.
  • Assist with influencer and affiliate marketing activity, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and best practice.
  • Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing assistant/executive role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, paid social, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • Experience working with content management systems, email platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident working with data, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, and youth culture.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand sectors.
  • Knowledge of Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and social commerce.
