We are adding a Junior Digital Project Coordinator to our team to support a significant new engagement with a major British financial institution. At Pixel Systems, we do not build flashy apps or marketing sites. We build the internal tools that businesses rely on every day, such as admin panels and database integrations. In this role, you will help us manage the requirements and schedules for this financial project, ensuring that our developers and the client stay aligned as we move data and build out new system connections.

The role
As a Junior Digital Project Coordinator, your main task is to keep our projects organized and moving forward. You will spend a lot of your time acting as a bridge between our technical team and the client. For the major British financial project, this means tracking tasks, documenting system requirements, and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen next. This is a fully remote position where you will be expected to manage your own schedule and stay on top of the details.

In this role, you will:
- Coordinate internal meetings and take clear, actionable notes for the development team.
- Help maintain the project schedule to ensure we meet our weekly demo milestones.
- Assist in writing documentation that explains how new internal tools and databases work.
- Act as a point of contact for the client to gather necessary information or assets.
- Review project tasks to ensure they match the requirements set by the financial institution.
- Organize the delivery of walkthrough videos and final documentation at the end of a project.
- Track potential technical roadblocks and flag them to the senior team early.
- Help test new features from a user perspective to ensure they solve the operational headache they were intended for.
What we are looking for

You do not need to be a senior project manager, but you should be someone who naturally keeps lists and pays attention to the fine print. Since we work with technical systems, you should be comfortable learning how databases and APIs function on a basic level. We value clarity and honesty over corporate jargon.
You should have:

Helpful background

Familiarity with the basics of React or Node is also a plus, as it helps you understand what the developers are talking about during our weekly demos. Any experience you have with basic data entry or organizing files in a professional setting will translate well to the coordination tasks we handle daily.
