About the Role
Kurt Geiger's Digital Trading Manager is responsible for driving the digital trading performance and strategy of our Kurt Geiger US and UK markets. This role requires excellent commercial acumen, analytical capability, and interpersonal skills to work with a wide group of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Principle Accountabilities
- Drive digital trading performance and strategy with the support of the Senior Online Trading manager
- Line management of the Digital Trading Administrator
- Define and deliver trading strategy across US and UK markets
- Lead the trading calendar, owning new campaign launches, promotional events, and seasonal moments
- Manage the website catalogue, including ensuring new product goes live timely and creating new categories
- Manage, test, and optimize onsite merchandising and product rankings
- Optimize search and navigation functionality to deliver greater product discovery and on-site engagement
- Update, track, and report on the digital forecast and trading plan
- Work closely with offshore teams to drive process efficiencies
- Work closely with on-site technology partners to champion the customer journey
- Work closely with the B&M departments to ensure stock levels, sell-through rates, allocation, newness, and replenishment are factored into the digital trading plan
- Support other digital team members as required

Requirements
- A strong track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial performance through digital channels
- Excellent commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with, communicate, and influence a wide group of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Experience working on Shopify websites and related platforms is desirable but not compulsory
- Experience with digital merchandising tools, such as FredHopper or Akeneo (PIM), is preferred but not compulsory
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets with accuracy and confidence
