The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Digital Videographer/Producer to join our team! In this role, you will bring visual stories to life through engaging video content, supporting brand initiatives and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Capture & Production: Capture high-quality video footage, and photography using professional cameras and equipment for various digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Pre-Production: Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules, supporting the entire lifecycle from planning to post-production.
  • Asset Management: Manage and organize digital media assets efficiently within systems like Vimeo, Dropbox, and other cloud storage solutions.
  • Photography Support: Assist in photography shoots, including setting up lighting, framing shots, and capturing professional promotional images.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Interact and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and clients to help bring projects smoothly across the finish line.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Cinematography & Photography: Strong foundational knowledge of cinematography and photography principles, techniques, and lighting equipment operation.
  • Technical Know-How: Ability to operate professional video cameras and lighting gear effectively.
  • Organizational Prowess: Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping asset libraries immaculate.
  • Creative Vision: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling excellence.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Fantastic people skills and confidence dealing with high-level stakeholders.
  • Mindset: A strong desire to learn, a high degree of coachability, and clear communication habits (especially crucial for our remote setup).
