Junior D&O Broker - Lloyd's broking house
Location: London (Hybrid: 3-4 days in the office, remainder wfh)

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior D&O Broker to join a growing Financial Lines team. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Lines, you'll become the number two broker within the D&O team, gaining excellent exposure to clients, underwriters and the wider London Market. This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, develop your technical expertise and progress your career within a respected Lloyd's broker.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the placement of Directors' & Officers' Liability risks into the Lloyd's and London Market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Prepare market presentations, submissions and placement documentation.
- Assist with renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments.
- Work closely with senior brokers on a portfolio of D&O business.
- Develop your technical knowledge and market relationships.

Required:
- Some experience as a Junior D&O Broker.
- Previous exposure to the Lloyd's and/or London Market.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to progress within Financial Lines broking.
