Job Description

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a passionate and analytical professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This Junior E-commerce Manager role lies within the UK eCommerce team. This role combines Category Insights, Channel Strategy, and Sales to drive growth across Tesco and Iceland Online. This is a dynamic position offering significant exposure to internal stakeholders and external customer teams, reporting directly into the Senior eCommerce Channel Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Tesco Online and Iceland online strategies to develop and grow Heinz’s presence across all categories.
  • Use category (Unify), shopper (Dunnhumby/ Kantar), digital shelf (Profitero) and other market data to identify sales opportunities across the channels.
  • Partner with internal teams (the Tesco & Iceland sales teams, brand teams, commercial teams) to explore and implement innovative solutions.
  • Manage and execute a full-year online activation budget across all categories, executing key initiatives and optimised NPD launches online.
  • Own and execute the full-year online only promotional plan, driving online promotional effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with Tesco & Iceland contacts to drive trade planning, campaigns and successful NPD launches across the channels.
  • Provide regular data performance overviews to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key insights, successes and areas for improvement.
  • Share learnings and best practices across teams to drive consistent growth strategies across the business, working closely with the Junior E-Commerce Manager managing JS & Asda.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales, Commercial and/ or Category Management.
  • Bring a creative, analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills. A strong interest in eCommerce is essential.
  • Possess a great understanding of retail dynamics across convenience and online channels.
