Become the Founder’s right hand at a growing, ambitious brand. We’re looking for a bright, proactive and highly organised Junior EA / PA to work closely with the Founder across the business, with occasional personal and family administration.
This is not a traditional corporate PA role. We’re looking for someone switched-on, resourceful and hungry to learn — someone who sees what needs doing, finds solutions and is happy to get stuck into whatever the day requires.
The role is 4 days per week, based primarily at our studio in Redhill, Surrey, with some flexibility to work from home when appropriate. There will also be occasional meetings, launches, shoots and events.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Founder’s diary, appointments and inbox
- Research and source suppliers, products, venues and ideas
- Book travel, restaurants, meetings and appointments
- Chase suppliers and contractors and keep projects moving
- Help coordinate events, launches, collaborations and shoots
- Prepare simple presentations, spreadsheets and documents
- Keep track of priorities and deadlines
- Help with the many small operational jobs that arise within the business
- Occasionally support with personal / family administration
- Potentially help capture simple behind-the-scenes content when together

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised. Proactive. Reliable. Curious.
- You’ll have good taste and good judgement, be culturally switched-on and ideally have a genuine interest in brands, hospitality, wellness, interiors, social media and what’s happening currently.
- You don’t need to be a senior EA/PA. We’d actually prefer someone relatively junior, bright and hungry to learn, with the potential to grow considerably alongside the business.
You should be:
- Extremely organised and efficient
- Naturally proactive — you see what needs doing
- Comfortable working independently
- A confident researcher and problem-solver
- Excellent at written communication
- Technically confident and quick to learn new software
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Calm, personable and good with people
- Happy to turn your hand to whatever is needed
- Excited by variety rather than a rigid job description

The Opportunity
The ambition is to find someone who starts as a brilliant Junior EA / PA and grows into the Founder’s right-hand person. As the business grows, so will the role. We want someone who learns how the Founder works, understands the business, anticipates what’s needed and gradually takes on more responsibility.
