JUNIOR EDITOR, YOUTUBE

Whisper is a leading global production company, specialising in sports, unscripted and branded entertainment.

Our diverse team of over 285 international employees produce top-level sports such as Formula One, UEFA and The Paralympics, as well as branded content, prime time documentaries, and entertainment quiz shows for a raft of broadcasters.

Whisper’s creativity and storytelling are BAFTA-winning and Emmy International-nominated. It is also a Sunday Times Best Places to Work.

We are looking for a creative and hard-working Junior Video Editor at the start of their career seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and build out their showreel within a talented, passionate and supportive team. You will be joining a team working with a high-profile sporting client, both sharing one goal – to create must-watch, shareable content to showcase and promote this exciting, growing, sporting league.

Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and a strong desire to improve this skillset every day, as well as a familiarity for what makes good sporting content on YouTube.

We want candidates who are always consuming YouTube content and seeking inspiration from other creators and publishers; who watch a new and exciting edit and then instantly want to try and make it themselves.

A passion for and knowledge of Rugby Union is highly desirable.

Whisper is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We welcome and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, communities, and lived experiences. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
