Electrical Engineer

London | Hybrid Working

Looking for more responsibility, greater project exposure and the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers who'll genuinely invest in your development?

We're partnering with an ambitious and innovative building services consultancy that's challenging the traditional consultancy model. Working across the commercial property sector, they provide MEP engineering, technical due diligence, refurbishment, decarbonisation and advisory services for developers, investors, asset managers and occupiers.

Innovation is a key part of the business. Alongside delivering high-quality engineering solutions, they're developing their own AI platform specifically for the built environment, designed to improve project delivery, streamline engineering processes and help clients make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Why Join?

This is a consultancy that's growing with purpose—not simply increasing headcount.

The team currently consists of nine engineers, including one based in Cape Town, with plans to grow organically to around 15 engineers by Q2 2027 and approximately 25 by the end of 2028.

Growth is carefully managed to protect the qualities that set the business apart:

  • Exceptional technical standards.
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • A positive team culture where everyone has a voice.

Unlike larger consultancies, you'll work directly with Directors and senior engineers from the outset. You'll gain exposure to client meetings, technical decision-making and every stage of project delivery, giving you the kind of responsibility and learning opportunities that can take years to access elsewhere.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
