Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Junior Engineer will assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of CCTV systems and related security equipment at client locations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting senior engineers, pulling and terminating cables, mounting cameras and hardware, and ensuring systems are installed according to company standards and safety regulations. The role also involves basic troubleshooting, documenting work performed, and communicating with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time. The Junior Engineer will receive guidance and training to develop technical skills and progress toward more independent responsibilities.

- Foundational technical skills in electrical or electronic systems, such as basic wiring, use of hand tools, and understanding of low-voltage installations.
- Interest or experience in CCTV, security systems, or IT networking, including familiarity with cameras, DVR/NVR units, and network cabling.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings or installation diagrams and follow standard operating procedures safely.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail and careful documentation of work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively on-site.
- Willingness to work at different client locations in the London Area and occasionally at heights or in confined spaces, following health and safety guidelines.
