Role Description
We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing team. You’ll play a critical role in helping our clients break into enterprise accounts, by executing targeted outreach campaigns and identifying high-value opportunities via outbound.

- Develop and manage outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise-level companies (with a focus on Financial Services).
- Engage and qualify senior stakeholders to build strong, trust-based relationships (LinkedIn, Email, Calls).
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed pipeline generation targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on campaign progress.
- Follow up on Inbound/MQLs.

Qualifications (preferred)
- Proven experience in BDR roles in the B2B Software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
