Salary: £35,000 per annum (Pro Rata)
Bonus/Commission: Uncapped, OTE £45,000+
Location: Manchester / Hybrid
Working Times: USA (75%) & UK (25%) Service Hours (Monday off)
Hours: 25-35 hours per week

Role Description
We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing team. You’ll play a critical role in helping our clients break into enterprise accounts, by executing targeted outreach campaigns and identifying high-value opportunities via outbound.

  • Develop and manage outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise-level companies (with a focus on Financial Services).
  • Engage and qualify senior stakeholders to build strong, trust-based relationships (LinkedIn, Email, Calls).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed pipeline generation targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on campaign progress.
  • Follow up on Inbound/MQLs.

Qualifications (preferred)

  • Proven experience in BDR roles in the B2B Software industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
