Role Description
We are looking for a motivated junior equity sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with institutional clients across Europe, with a focus on Korean equities. The role involves developing a strong understanding of client needs, delivering high-quality research and market insights, identifying investment opportunities, and working closely with research analysts, corporate access teams, and sales trading to provide comprehensive support to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with daily market news flow, equity research updates, stock ideas, and investment pitches.
- Coordinate and facilitate equity research analyst roadshows and corporate access activities.
- Actively manage and develop institutional client relationships across Europe.
- Build a deep understanding of client investment needs, preferences, and requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers.
- Develop and execute account plans to support sustainable revenue generation.
- Understand the monetisation process and revenue opportunities within each account.
- Actively support and promote the team and the wider company.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of the institutional client base.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of institutional equities experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge and interest in Korean companies, sectors, and the Korean equity market.
- Understanding of the key microeconomic and macroeconomic factors affecting equity markets.
- Experience or strong interest in working with research teams and sales traders to ensure market and investment information is communicated effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- An honest, open, and professional approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships based on trust.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Korean.
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for the successful candidate, where required.
