Junior Estate Agent – Full Training Provided

Dulwich, South East London | £35,000–£40,000 + Annual Bonus

Are you working in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales and looking for your next career move?

We’re recruiting for a well-established independent estate agency with an excellent reputation across South East London, offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Junior Estate Agent.

No previous estate agency experience is required. Full training, ongoing support and clear career progression will be provided.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across residential property sales and lettings while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in estate agency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting the sales team with the day-to-day running of the office
  • Assisting with and conducting property viewings
  • Showcasing properties to prospective buyers and tenants
  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
  • Delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Handling property enquiries and keeping clients updated
  • Learning how to generate new business opportunities
  • Developing and building your own client base
  • Keeping property records and marketing details up to date
  • Working in a busy, friendly office with ongoing coaching and support

About You

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and wants to build a long-term career in property.

You’ll Ideally Have

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, banking, customer service or sales
  • A confident and professional communication style
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and motivated approach
  • A genuine interest in sales and property
  • The ambition to progress within the estate agency industry
  • A full UK driving licence, or be working towards obtaining one
