Junior Estimator / QS — Remote (UK based)
We're The QS Guys — a fast-growing UK quantity surveying and estimating business. We help builders and contractors win more work with fast, accurate tenders and QS reports. We're busy and we need another good estimator on the team.
The role:
- Preparing estimates, tenders and QS reports for UK construction projects
- Splitting out labour and materials so builders get accurate numbers
- Working with our team to get jobs turned around quickly and to a high standard
- Talking to clients — you'll deal with builders directly, so you need to be good with people

You'll need to be:
- A quantity surveyor / estimator based in the UK (this is non-negotiable — you must be UK based and onshore)
- A fluent English speaker with great communication and people skills
- Good with numbers and detail — accuracy matters
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Reliable and keen to learn — this is a junior role, so we'll help you grow

Experience:
- Some QS or estimating experience preferred, but if you're sharp, keen and good with people, we'll train you up
The deal:
- Fully remote
