JK Floorheating
JK Floorheating has been providing bespoke underfloor heating solutions for residential and commercial applications through the use of our patented floor grinding technology for more than 25 years.
Originating in the Netherlands, JK now operates in 10 European countries and has employees all over Europe, the UK and America.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded individual to join our hybrid estimating team, a key part of the technical department.

Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate and technically sound quotations for the installation of the JK underfloor heating system, across a wide range of projects, ranging from small domestic extensions to large-scale commercial developments. You’ll use our in-house estimating tools and systems, drawing on both structured guidance and technical judgement to deliver reliable quotes.
Industry experience is desirable but not required; full training will be provided.

- Produce accurate quotations of materials and labour requirements
- Assist with technical workload when required.
- Gather accurate project information to support the production of layout drawings by the design team
Requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn and understand technical information
- IT literate with a good understanding of the Microsoft environment
- Analytical thinking and sound judgement
- Strong problem-solving skills
