About Fiona Fleur
Fiona Fleur is a luxury floral and event design studio creating exceptional experiences across weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations. We are known for our creative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering beautifully executed events. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Producer to join our team and support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, creative environment, working across both luxury weddings and high-end corporate events.
The Role
The Junior Producer will support the Senior Producer and wider team in planning and delivering events, whilst also managing their own portfolio of smaller-scale projects. This role combines project management, client communication, event production, and studio operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of the event journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of smaller-scale client projects from enquiry through to delivery
- Support the production and delivery of larger events and installations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the planning process
- Prepare proposals, quotations, schedules, and event documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and external partners
- Attend site visits, installations, event days, and de-rigs
- Support logistics planning and event operations
- Assist with the day-to-day organisation and running of the studio
- Help maintain project timelines, budgets, and deadlines
- Contribute ideas and support the ongoing growth of the business
Your Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience within events, project management, or event production
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Confident working independently and as part of a small team
- Experience within luxury events, weddings, hospitality, or experiential events is advantageous
- Floristry experience is desirable but not essential
