KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal and external events, trade shows and brand activations, ensuring activities are delivered to a high standard and in line with agreed objectives.
- On assigned projects, act as a key point of contact pre-event, on-site, and post-event for external suppliers, agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination throughout the event lifecycle.
- Identify and develop relationships with new suppliers, contractors, agencies and potential partners to strengthen the event supplier network and identify new opportunities.
- Track event costs, raise purchase orders, coordinate invoices and maintain accurate budget records.
- Manage event administration, including contracts, purchase orders, documentation, schedules, approvals and other relevant event records.
- Provide hands-on support during event set-up, delivery and breakdown, including event spaces, stands, back bars, equipment and materials.
- Coordinate post-event activity, including supplier follow-up, feedback collection, evaluation and reporting, capturing learnings to inform future events.
- Provide guest experience support for international visitors to the UK, helping to coordinate itineraries, hospitality and on-the-ground requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of event processes, ways of working and supplier relationships to enhance efficiency, quality and overall event experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Marketing and events experience, ideally within the food & beverage industry
- Experience preferred but not essential in the UK region, with knowledge of market dynamics
- Understanding of event marketing tools and best practices
- Creative thinker with a passion the hospitality industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in managing budgets and expenses
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several deadlines at once
- Clear, confident communication with colleagues, suppliers and event guests
- Comfortable working with schedules, spreadsheets, budgets and administrative systems
- A practical approach to on-site delivery and problem-solving

This is a flexible working role - with a minimum of 4 "office days" working in the London Studio on Hoxton Square, where your team will be based. As this role requires travel to Trade Show events across the UK, your days at Trade Show events can be counted as "office days".
