We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Producer to join our growing team. This role will support the Senior Producer and wider business in delivering exceptional floral installations, brand activations, corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing smaller-scale events from enquiry through to delivery, whilst supporting larger projects across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both client management and hands-on event delivery, and is looking to develop their career within a creative events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of smaller-scale client projects from initial enquiry through to delivery and post-event follow-up
- Support Senior Producers on larger events and installations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, schedules, and client documentation
- Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and production management
- Attend site visits, installations, event days, and de-rigs
- Support the day-to-day organisation and running of the studio
- Help maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience within events, production, or project management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Willing to work flexibly around event schedules when required
- Experience within floristry, creative events, or luxury events is desirable but not essential

Salary: Based on experience
Contract: Full Time
Working Pattern: Studio-based with flexibility to work from home when event schedules and studio requirements allow.
