The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised Junior Executive Assistant to join our London-based team, supporting the Chief Executive Officer. The role is based 5 days a week in our Mayfair offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to build a career in executive support within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial real estate business. Working directly with the CEO, the successful candidate will gain close exposure to senior decision-making, business operations and the day-to-day running of an ambitious investment and development firm.

Key Responsibilities
Diary & Correspondence Management
- Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling and prioritising meetings and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Oversee inbox management and draft correspondence on the CEO's behalf.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare materials in advance of meetings.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
- Maintain confidential files and documentation to a high standard of accuracy.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Liaise professionally with internal colleagues, contractors and external contacts, including legal advisors, suppliers and service providers.
- Act as a first point of contact on behalf of the CEO, representing the business professionally at all times.
Personal
- Ad hoc personal admin for the CEO as required.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational ability, excellent judgement and a proactive approach to supporting a busy executive.
Essential
- Prior experience in an administrative, PA or EA capacity (junior level; minimum 2 years in a similar role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- A high degree of discretion, given regular exposure to sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
