Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before?
How we started:
Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise. What started as a challenger idea has become one of the most significant healthcare platforms operating globally today.
Where we are now:
We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through category-leading products and well-known brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A key driver of our success is vertical integration; we operate our own manufacturing and proprietary products, led by in-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists at the top of their fields.
In 2025, HeliosX treated more than 1.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing +337% year-on-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real-world outcomes: our weight-loss treatments helped patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life-changing impact at scale.
Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition.
Where we’re going:
2026 is another significant year for HeliosX. Our ambition is to surpass £1.1bn in revenue, continue expanding thoughtfully into new international markets and broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. As we scale, we're focused on building the technology, operational excellence and clinical capabilities that will support sustainable long-term growth. Joining HeliosX now means helping shape the systems, teams and products that will define the next chapter of digital healthcare. You'll be solving complex problems at pace, working alongside exceptional people and building products that genuinely improve lives at scale.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Opportunity
As Junior Executive Assistant, you’ll work at the heart of HeliosX, supporting three to four members of our Executive Leadership Team across diaries, travel, events and day-to-day coordination. You’ll be the second person in our EA function and will be mentored by an EA who joined HeliosX without a traditional EA background, built the function from scratch and now supports five executives. You don’t need previous EA or PA experience. We’re hiring for attitude, judgement and potential - the practical side of the role can be taught. HeliosX moves quickly and priorities change often. From your first week, you’ll work directly with senior leaders, gain exposure to how the business operates and take on more responsibility as the EA function grows. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement based at our London HQ.
What you’ll do
- Manage diaries for three to four members of the Executive Leadership Team, resolving conflicts and adapting quickly as priorities change.
- Protect leaders’ time, making sure meetings have the right purpose, people and information.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Coordinate meetings, offsites and company events, managing venues, suppliers, catering and logistics.
- Support with inbox management, meeting actions and follow-ups.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential documents, expenses, purchase orders, contract renewals and other day-to-day administration.
- Build strong relationships across the business to help things move quickly and smoothly.

What you’ll bring

- Experience organising something end to end, with multiple people, moving parts and a deadline.
- Strong organisation and follow through - you keep track of details and make sure things get done.
- Emotional intelligence - you read people well and adapt your approach.
- Proactivity and ownership - you spot what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked.
- Composure - when priorities change, you re-plan and keep moving.
- Good judgement and discretion, particularly when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Confidence using Google Workspace, or evidence that you pick up new tools quickly.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, or an interest in learning to use them well.
At HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition. We are currently a diverse team of engineers, scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, pharmacists, marketeers, and customer care specialists committed to our mission - but we need more talented folks to join us if we want to achieve our global ambitions!
