About Us: Outernet London - The Future of Immersive Culture
Welcome to Outernet, the UK’s number one most visited cultural destination, and one of the world’s most ambitious entertainment districts, where technology, culture and creativity come together in real time, in the heart of central London.
At the heart of the district is The Now Building, a first-of-its-kind immersive space featuring a four-storey, 360-degree 16K wraparound screen. With more than 120,000 visitors passing through each week, it has redefined how audiences experience content, transforming Outernet into the UK’s most visited cultural attraction. But what happens here goes far beyond what’s on screen.
Four levels below sits Outernet Live, a 1,800-capacity live venue hosting concerts, club nights, fashion shows, premieres and cultural moments that shape London’s creative scene. Designed to push sound, light and production to the next level, it has quickly become a benchmark for live entertainment in the capital. Just steps away, on legendary Denmark Street (the historic home of British music culture) The Lower Third continues that legacy. A fiercely independent grassroots venue supporting emerging artists, it combines an intimate performance space, cocktail bar and basement club built for discovery, experimentation and creative freedom.
Outernet London isn’t just a collection of venues. It’s a platform for storytelling, a testing ground for new ideas and a workplace where producers, creatives, technologists and operators collaborate to create experiences seen by millions.
Whether you’re launching global campaigns, producing live shows or helping audiences discover something new, this is a place where ambitious people can make a real impact.
This is Outernet London.
Role Overview
We're seeking an ambitious, creative and organised go-getter with existing event/experiential agency knowledge or relevant industry experience, who is eager to build a successful career in experiential sales. You will be a Junior Manager reporting to the Events & Experiential Business Lead, working closely alongside the Senior Experiential Business Manager, venue event sales team, media sales team and Outernet Studio team. You will support the growth of Outernet's experiential business by developing strong working relationships with experiential agencies, preferred suppliers and clients, helping to position Outernet as a partner of choice whilst learning from senior colleagues and progressively taking ownership of your own accounts and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans to proactively sell bespoke experiential and event activity to brands and agencies, whilst developing commercial confidence and ownership.
- Own and manage a personal experiential pipeline, responding to briefs and proactively driving opportunities from enquiry through to close against individual revenue targets, with support where required.
- Assist in developing commercially strong experiential proposals and activation concepts, ensuring client briefs are translated into compelling solutions.
- Support the creation of tailored commercial packages, including experiential builds, production uplifts, media integrations and enhanced activation elements to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to increase value across experiential activity through upselling, expansion of scope and enhanced creative and production elements.
- Collaborate closely with the venue event sales team on joint commercial opportunities across the estate, ensuring a joined-up approach to client briefs.
- Work with the Outernet Studio Screen/Tech Creative team to ensure creative, technical and commercial alignment across proposals.
- Support district-wide experiential opportunities in collaboration with the below-ground private venue team where relevant.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Experiential Business Lead and Senior Experiential Business Manager in achieving team revenue targets and improving commercial performance.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking and commercial updates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
