Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Junior Developer role that will be mostly remote but with a weekly meetup in London.
- The primary duty will be the assistance in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes built in Microsoft Fabric. This will include development of new AI-driven analytics capabilities.
- Additional duties will include interacting with clients to derive business needs and development of PowerBI reports.

We are looking for candidates who want to help build and dream up solutions for the world of tomorrow with an eye for seeing both the possibilities and the limitations of an AI-Integrated world of analytics.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python in data contexts — scripting, transformation, or pipeline work
- Familiarity with a data engineering platform such as Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming structured datasets
- Experience building or contributing to dashboards or reports, preferably in Power BI
- Understanding of data modelling and warehousing fundamentals (star schema, layered architecture)
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders, translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Curiosity about the direction of data engineering and AI-assisted workflows

Nice to Have
- Exposure to medallion architecture
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric Dataflows, Pipelines, or Eventstreams
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools or automated workflow concepts
- A degree in a numerate or technical discipline — though equivalent experience is equally valued
