Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for a Facilities & Property Coordinator to join an established property and development organisation in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in facilities management, property management, estate management, or building operations to join a growing team and take responsibility for coordinating contractors, maintenance, compliance, and small works across a varied property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities.
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Arrange quotations, procurement, and small works.
  • Review RAMS and monitor contractor performance.
  • Carry out building inspections and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate statutory inspections, testing, and remedial works.
  • Support minor maintenance and facilities improvement projects.
  • Assist with property inspections, defects, and handovers.
  • Liaise with landlords, managing agents, tenants, and occupiers.
  • Maintain accurate property, asset, and compliance records.
  • Support utility contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Promote strong health, safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in facilities, property, estate management, or building operations.
  • Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance works.
  • Good understanding of building compliance and health & safety.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Full UK driving licence desirable.

Qualifications

The following would be advantageous:

  • IWFM Level 3 or 4, or working towards.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
  • SMSTS.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Facilities, Property, Building Services, or Estate Management qualification.
