About the Role

This successful and prestigious law firm has won a huge volume of new business. Due to their reputation in the market, and rapid growth, they are continually winning new business. The role will suit a junior family solicitor in this specialised field, and our client is open to candidates with around 2 years’ experience.

The firm's services are in demand, and there is an opportunity to develop a great career away from the high pressures of bigger city law firms. There is a genuine opportunity to work on current cases and bring in new business when available. The prospects are genuinely great, and it is anticipated that the right candidate could soon run the department as a Head and have a team to work with as opportunities continue to come in.

This role involves supporting senior solicitors in the department and running daily administrative tasks for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve financial matters for divorcing or separating couples.
  • Make suitable arrangements for children following relationship breakdown.
  • Advise on areas of wealth protection.
  • Provide guidance on cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements.
  • Resolve Cohabitation disputes.
  • Family break up wills
