Role Description
As a Junior Fencer, you will support the installation and repair of a variety of fences on commercial, rural, and domestic sites. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Preparing materials
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wethersfield, Braintree, involving outdoor work in varying weather conditions and physical tasks. We are not simply looking for a labourer, we're investing in a future senior installer.

Requirements
- Basic practical skills, with a willingness to learn fencing techniques.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, working outdoors in most conditions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a positive attitude toward instructions and feedback.
- Good punctuality, organization, and attention to detail when handling materials and equipment.
- Full, clean UK driving license
