Join a dynamic production environment supporting the creation of sports documentaries, branded content, and live padel projects. This on-site role, based in London and Essex, is ideal for someone passionate about film, TV, or sports production who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting. You will play a key part in ensuring shoots run smoothly by coordinating logistics, schedules, and communication between teams. The position requires occasional travel and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the industry.
Deliverables
- Assist in planning and coordinating shoot schedules, locations, and crew logistics for various sports-related productions.
- Support the management of talent, including booking, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Help maintain clear communication between production teams, talent, and external partners.
- Contribute to the organization of production documents, call sheets, and schedules.
- Provide on-site support during shoots, ensuring all logistics are executed efficiently.
- Assist with social media and digital content tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with talent, crew, and partners.
- Interest in film, TV, or sports production; prior experience coordinating shoots or crews is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in London and Essex, with flexibility for occasional travel.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- University, college, or early production experience is welcome.
