Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a final-year graduate looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client transactions, including reviewing and handling daily deposit and withdrawal requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Organise, categorise, and maintain financial records to ensure accessibility and compliance
- Support bookkeeping activities, including data entry and financial reconciliations
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese also acceptable)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and execution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
