Junior Finance Lawyer Opportunity
An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious junior finance lawyer to join the Banking & Finance team of a leading global firm. The team works with clients across the full spectrum of the financial services sector, delivering commercially focused advice on complex matters. It acts for many of the world’s leading financial institutions, supporting them across a wide range of their legal and business needs.
The team is particularly interested in candidates with experience in acquisition finance, leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and fund finance.

Experience Required:

- Qualified in England & Wales
- Have NQ-2 PQE gained within a leading Banking & Finance practice. (Open to considering lawyers due to qualify in September 2026)
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
