Junior Financial Accountant - London
As a Junior Financial Accountant in London, you'll play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance team within the energy and natural resources industry. Your work will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Description
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with VAT returns and other tax filings.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.

Profile
A Successful Junior Financial Accountant Should Have
- A degree or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- An understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Offer
- Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- 12-month fixed-term contract in the London area.
