We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build their expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting while supporting strategic decision-making.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reports.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A) activities.
- Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and profitability reports.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and identify business risks and opportunities.
- Assist in cost analysis, revenue analysis, and operational performance reviews.
- Reconcile financial information and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support financial planning.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams to collect and validate financial data.
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting documentation.
- Stay informed on financial regulations, accounting standards, and market developments.

✅ Requirements
- Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, charts, and data analysis functions.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as CFA Level I, ACCA, CPA, or progress toward these qualifications are an advantage.
