Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Financial & Operations Analyst to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procure-to-pay cycle, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers throughout the process
  • Carry out invoice reconciliation and three-way matching (order, delivery, invoice)
  • Monitor costs against approved budgets and flag any variances
  • Support financial reporting and analysis across the relevant markets
  • Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of financial databases to support analytical work
  • Assist with payment processing and related documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support finance process efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Italian and/or Spanish (strong plus)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • No prior specific experience required: full on-the-job training provided
  • Open to travel between London and Madrid
